We want you to love your Solano Laser Craft order. Please review our policy below, which reflects the nature of custom, made-to-order products.

Custom and Personalized Items — Final Sale

Because most of our products are made to order and personalized with your custom text, image, or artwork, custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has begun, except as described in the Defect or Damage section below. Please carefully review your proof, spelling, and design details before approving your order, as we are unable to accommodate changes once production starts.

Defect or Damage Exception

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your approved order (for example, a production error on our part, such as a misspelled name that differs from what you submitted and approved), please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@solanolasercraft.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if confirmed as a production error or shipping damage, will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion, at no cost to you. In most cases we will not ask you to send the item back; if we do request a return, we will cover that shipping.

Order Cancellations

Because production often begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests can only be honored if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

Current cancellation window: 24 hours from when the order is placed, before production begins.

Non-Custom Items

Solano Laser Craft's non-personalized, ready-made items may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Who Pays Return Shipping

For returns of non-custom, ready-made items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For approved defect or damage claims, we cover any return shipping we ask for.

Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
