You can also use the contact form on our website, or send us a message on Facebook Messenger or Instagram — we watch both, and Messenger is a good option if you'd rather send a quick photo than write an email.
Response Times
We aim to answer every message within one business day, and we will always reply within two. During the holiday season and other busy stretches, please allow up to three.
We are a small shop rather than a call center, which cuts both ways: we do not keep fixed customer service hours, so a reply may well arrive in an evening or over a weekend — but there is no queue and no script, and the person answering is the person making your order.
If something is time-sensitive, say so in your first message and we will move it to the front.

- Purchase orders and invoicing — we work with police departments, city offices, schools and businesses, and we are used to purchasing processes.
- Order support — status, tracking, local delivery and pickup arrangements.
- Problems — damage, defects, returns, and anything that did not come out the way it should have.
A Note on Sensitive Information
Please don't send payment card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive details by email or social media message. If a payment needs to be taken, we will send you a secure link. We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
